Reverse cycle is a form of refrigerated air con, that provides heating and cooling. Essentially, it uses a refrigerant gas to transfer heat from the inside of your home to the outside, or from the outside to the inside (that's the reverse cycle). Split system is one way that this can provided.
The biggest difference between inverter and non-inverter AC is the fact that the motor of the inverter compressor has a variable speed. The speed of the non-invertor compressor is fixed. This means that it operates either at full or minimum speed. A censor in the invertor adjusts the power according to the temperature in the room, lowering the electrical consumption and saving energy.
The biggest advantage of an inverter aircon system is energy saving. With inverter technology, air conditioner can vary its power output to precisely maintain room temperature. In addition, inverter technology enables high powered start up which lets you enjoy fast cooling up to 25% faster than conventional air conditioner.

Small items are delivered Australia wide via Australia Post. Free!
Large Items
We provide free shipping service to Sydney metro, Wollongong and surrounding areas.
Apart from areas above, we provide Paid shipping service to major cities and towns in Australia.

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
You may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
We are an online air conditioner distributor. In order to provide a fast delivery service, all our products are sent out directly from third party logistic service provider.
Pick up from our office is by appointment only, please allow at least 2 business days of transfer time.
When your item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Tracking number. You can track and trace the item.
Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery as we require a signature as proof of receiving goods.
We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house.
Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside.
Where there is nobody to receive the goods, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
In order to get a full refund, please contact us ASAP if you want to cancel any order. If your item has been shipped out, delivery fee for both ways will be charged.
Important!We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
Change of mind
If your goods remain boxed and unopened you may return them within 14 days from when you received your order. A minimum collection fee of $70 or the amount of delivery fee for both ways which we will quote if greater than $70 will apply. A restocking fee of minimum 10% of your purchase price will apply.
If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected), you may contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for it to be collected. A restocking fee of minimum 30% of your purchase price will apply.
Faulty items
Air Conditioner Land will cover the cost of shipping both ways for faulty items returned within 3 days. Outside this initial 3-day period, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Upon receipt of a returned product, Air Conditioner Land will inspect the product and make its decision in its sole discretion whether it is more appropriate to offer a repair or replacement.
